How do you and your family Celebrate Christmas

How do you and your family Celebrate Christmas?
My Family and I celebrate Christmas with Family and Friends.
But more importantly we Celebrate Jesus who came to this world born in a Stable to save us from our Sins.
We do not buy gifts for our Children and tell them it is from Santa.
We read the Story of Jesus' Birth from the Book of Luke Chpt. 2 in the Bible.
We pray and then we open up gifts from each other.
This year I would like to also add Happy Birthday Jesus Party to our List of ways we Celebrate Christmas.
So How Do You All Celebrate Christmas with you and your family?

THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD

The Wonderful Names of our Wonderful Lord by: Hurlburt and Horton
THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the World. 1 John 4:14
A lost and ruined world, bound by the shackles of sin; dominated by the demon Satan, helpless and hopeless! What can be done? Only God, the Sovereign against whom the world has sinned, can solve the question as He has. He sent His Son. We have seen Him by faith and testify to the truth that He is indeed a Savior. He has saved us through faith in His Name and finished work. We must testify. We must bear witness. Wherever we go,whatever we do,let us tell it out-"He is a world Savior." Lord, may we be faithful witnesses to Thy saving power and tell the love story to all. Amen.

A Man of Sorrows

The Wonderful Names of our Wonderful Lord by Hurlburt and Horton
The Christian Library
A Man of Sorrows
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Isaiah 53:3

He who was the source of all joy, the giver of all peace, He before whom angels and archangels bow in adoration, is also called a "Man of Sorrows." Grief broke his Heart, crushed out His Life. Shall we through disobedience, rebellion, or lack of love or service, or worship, add to the sorrows which He bore, or shall we murmur if we, too, shall be permitted to partake of His sorrows, or to share His grief? He sorrowed all alone, save perhaps as angels ministered to Him in Gethsemane's deep shadow. But He shares thy grief, He carried all thy sorrow and comforts those who trust in Him. Shall we not worship and adore the Man of Sorrows?

Faithful and True

The Wonderful Names of our Wonderful Lord Hurlburt and Horton The Christian Library
Faithful and True
And He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True.
Revelation 19:11

To no one else could that title be applied but the Lord Jesus, who was Himself the Way,the Truth, and the Life. He was faithful to the truth always and faithful in its application, whether in promises of blessings or cursing.Listen to the precious promise, "I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also." But the other is equally true,"Depart from me ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth."There is no change in the Written Word. Lord,We believe in Thee and in Thy Word.May we never depart from it. Keep us faithful and true to Thee until the long expected call comes and we shall be taken up to be with Thee forever. Amen.
